The symptoms and warning signs of the OSA syndrome, the most common form of sleep apnea, are:

  • Loud snoring
  • More than 15 breathing interruptions per hour lasting up to 10 seconds which are noticed by others
  • Drowsiness during the day
  • Morning headaches
  • A dry mouth when waking up
  • Problems with concentration
  • Increased urge to urinate during sleep
